Thirty-four years of painting and it’s still exciting. Anne’s art interest has taken her from Elsah, Illinois through Taos, New Mexico, Europe, California and now Hawaii. Influenced by mentors James Green and Jade Fon Woo, her work is now inspired by the varied beauty of the Big Island.
Anne’s paintings have won honors, hung in galleries and are in private collections throughout the U.S. For Anne, a painting is just as much about exploring ancient sites, tasting the newest fruit smoothie blend or discovering a new snorkel spot, as the joy of capturing the island’s magic on paper.
